East Dulwich Supper Club #013

Probably my favourite menu of the year so far – and for good reason. It’s completely different to what we usually serve, and it was absolutely delicious.

Fresh from catering the most beautiful Indian–British wedding on Saturday, for R&B, we thought we’d share some of those wonderful dishes with you at the next East Dulwich Supper Club. In true sharing-plate style, and after so many lovely compliments, we’ll be bringing everything to the table for you to enjoy over good conversation and, no doubt, some excellent wine.

We’ll begin with a Gin & Tonic on arrival (served with Fever Tree tonics), alongside the following canapés:

*Desi Salmon Fish Fingers. Tamarind

The East Dulwich Supper Club was launched many years ago as a training ground for our younger chefs. We’ve recently re-launched it to give them the chance to plan menus, prep from scratch and cook for a real event. In return, we’ll host you for a wonderful evening: cocktails and canapés, followed by a three-course shared menu.
