Our allotment is our guide to the very best seasonal ingredients and behind the hobs, our chefs create menus that include a healthy balance of award winning and instantly recognised dishes, from modern British classics to a global eclectic mix of delicious and perfectly cooked canapes, dinners, buffets and everything in-between.
